Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 5 days of the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Late Payments: Any payment not received by the due date will be subject to a late fee of 15% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.

3. Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or check. All payments should be made in U.S. currency.

4. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the invoice must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the invoice date. After this period, the invoice will be considered accurate and binding.

5. Partial Payments: Partial payments will not be accepted and will not release the customer from the responsibility to pay the full balance by the due date.

6. Default: In the event of default, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees and costs of collection.

7. Currency: All amounts stated in the invoice and these terms and conditions are in U.S. currency, unless otherwise stated.

8. Taxes: Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice total.

10. Non-Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, County of Sacramento.

12. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided by posting on our website or via email.
